The App will be accessible round the clock and available at Apple Store. Consumers may download the app and lodge complaints for Roshan Digital Accounts & General Banking through their mobile App. For lodging a complaint, the consumers need to register themselves at the portal through their personal details like mobile number, CNIC, email address, etc.
